Passports
A Passport Station costs 650 and belongs in Customer Service. Place it before passport customers can finish that service. Clerks pull applicants aside for a photo and paperwork. Processing and photos cost 90. The visit takes much longer than a stamp sale and keeps the window busy.
Passport service needs a staffed Service Counter. An Auto Postage Machine can sell stamp sheets, but envelopes, boxes, tape, money orders, proof-of-mailing, and passport service still need the clerk. The station itself does not need power. Sorting Stations, Carrier Case, Package Sort, and the Service Counter do not need power either.
Customers can bring a mixed basket or a second ask in the same visit. See Counter service.
